Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, returns are generally not accepted. However, Lady Justice Cosmetics may consider return requests for unused, unopened, and sealed products on a case-by-case basis.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Lady Justice Cosmetics before an item is sent back. Approval is not guaranteed.

Approved returns may be subject to product inspection and restocking requirements. Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, or are otherwise not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a return or refund.

If a return is approved, customers will be provided with instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Lady Justice Cosmetics or a damaged/defective product.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
